Effective Date: August 28, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any training programs or workshops operated by Neuron Bridge Point Co., Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website neuronbridgepoint.click or enrolling in any workshop, clinic, lab, or mentorship session operated by Neuron Bridge Point Co., Ltd. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you should refrain from utilizing our educational services or registering for workshops.
2. Nature of Services (Educational Scope)
Neuron Bridge Point Co., Ltd. provides market analysis training, chart reading methodology, and educational workshops. All content, chart markups, annotated examples, and mentoring sessions are provided solely for educational, theoretical, and skill-building purposes.
Our instructors teach visual pattern interpretation techniques and risk management disciplines. We do not provide individualized financial advice, asset management, or securities recommendations. Market participants are solely responsible for their independent financial decisions.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All educational materials, workshop workbooks, case studies, proprietary chart annotation methodologies, digital slides, video recordings, and website design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Neuron Bridge Point Co., Ltd.
Enrolled students receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use workshop workbooks and study materials for personal educational use. Students are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, broadcasting, reselling, or commercializing any portion of our course materials without prior written authorization.
4. Workshop Enrollment & Attendance
Workshop seats are confirmed upon receipt of tuition or verified deposit. Due to strict cohort capacity caps (maximum 12 students per group), students must attend scheduled studio or live-stream sessions on time. If a student is unable to attend a session, recorded lab archives will be provided.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Kingdom of Thailand, Neuron Bridge Point Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, and instructors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from market losses, decisions, or reliance on educational principles taught during workshops. Financial markets involve substantial risk, and historical chart patterns do not guarantee future price action.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
