Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Workshop Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Tuition refund eligibility is determined by the date your written cancellation request is received by our admissions desk at info@neuronbridgepoint.click:

• 7 or More Calendar Days Before Cohort Start: 100% full refund of tuition paid, minus a standard 5% administrative bank transaction processing fee.
• 3 to 6 Calendar Days Before Cohort Start: 50% partial refund of tuition paid, as studio seats are difficult to reallocate on short notice.
• Less Than 72 Hours (3 Days) Before Cohort Start: Non-refundable. However, you may apply 100% of your tuition toward a future cohort within 12 months (see Rescheduling below).
• After Cohort Start Date (Work Already Started): Once the first live workshop or Chart Lab session has commenced, tuition is strictly non-refundable. Students will maintain full access to session recordings, lab archives, and course workbooks.

2. Cohort Rescheduling & Seat Transfers

We understand that unexpected professional or personal obligations arise. If you cannot attend your enrolled cohort:

• You may transfer your seat reservation to any upcoming cohort within 12 months at no additional charge, provided notice is given at least 48 hours before the start date.
• You may nominate a colleague or peer to take your reserved seat in the workshop, provided they meet the basic charting prerequisites.

3. Private 1-on-1 Mentorship Terms

For our 6-week Risk Architecture & Position Sizing Mentorship:

• If cancelled prior to the initial diagnostic trade audit, a 100% refund (minus administrative banking fees) applies.
• If cancelled after the baseline diagnostic audit has been conducted, tuition for uncommenced private sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus the fixed diagnostic audit fee of ฿6,000.
• Individual private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice to your mentor.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Physical 180-page Workshop Workbooks if already printed, customized, and shipped to the student's address (a standard deduction of ฿1,500 applies to any approved refund).
• No-show instances where an enrolled student fails to attend scheduled studio sessions without prior written communication.

5. Refund Request Process & Timeframe

To request a formal refund or cohort transfer:

1. Send an email to info@neuronbridgepoint.click with the subject line Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Workshop Name].
2. Include your payment receipt, bank transfer slip, or electronic invoice number.
3. State your reason for cancellation or your requested future cohort date.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Payments made via Thai domestic bank wire will be returned directly to the originating bank account; payments made via corporate credit card invoice will be credited back to the original card.

6. Academy Cancellations or Schedule Changes

In the rare event that Neuron Bridge Point Co., Ltd. must postpone or cancel a workshop cohort due to unforeseen mentor illness or force majeure, students will receive the option of an immediate 100% full refund with zero deductions or an automatic priority transfer to the rescheduled cohort date.
